RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

REFUNDS

Contact us with your order number to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return address. Returns without a valid RMA will not be refunded.  Refunds will be applied to the original method of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, PAYPAL: 3-5 working days by paypal. Credit card : 5-7 working days by bank.
• Items must be in new condition including all accessories and packaging.   
• For quality reason, flintonewill provide a free return shipping label for customers in the US.  
• If not due to the quality of the goods themselves, and the goods need to be returned due to the customer’s own reasons, flintonewill not only bear the return freight charge. After receiving the return, we will deduct the delivery freight and the delivery signature service fee to the customer from the payment after receiving the return of the goods, the remaining amount will be returned to the customer as a refund.
• International orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes or fees. 
• Refunds are limited to the total amount paid.  

 

60 DAYS WARRANTY

All items purchased from flintone will be replaced at flintone’s discretion with the same or similar product if found to be defective in materials or workmanship within 60 days of purchase. 

Proof of purchase is required and must include item(s), price, date of purchase, and seller. 

Customers outside of the US and EU will be responsible for shipping the defective unit back. 

Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature or shipping hazards, operation outside of the intended use, or damage caused by accident, or abuse of the product. Neither does the warranty cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-flintone product used in connection with the product.
